User Agreement

Welcome to FocusMinny! Please read this User Agreement carefully before using the app. This Agreement constitutes a legal contract between you ("User" or "You") and FocusMinny ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using FocusMinny, you agree to comply with this Agreement and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please discontinue using the app.

1. Service Description

FocusMinny is a focus management app designed to help users improve concentration and productivity. By using the app, you agree to comply with this Agreement, which governs your use of the services and features provided by FocusMinny.

2. User Account

2.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. If we detect any false information, FocusMinny reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the service.

2.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring that your account remains confidential. FocusMinny is not responsible for any breaches resulting from user negligence, including compromised passwords or unauthorized access.

3. Usage Rules

You agree not to:

• Publish, distribute, or upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes upon the rights of others.
• Engage in reverse engineering, hacking, or any unauthorized manipulation of the app’s code, data, or services.
• Use the app for fraudulent, malicious, or illegal purposes.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Intellectual Property

FocusMinny retains all rights, ownership, and interest in the app, including but not limited to software code, interface design, and content. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, modification, or distribution of any part of the app without our consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While FocusMinny strives to provide stable services, we are not liable for any interruptions, service outages, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, including server failures or third-party service disruptions.

FocusMinny is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the app.

6. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update the terms of this Agreement at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you through in-app notifications or other appropriate methods. Continued use of the app after changes to the Agreement implies acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Subscription to FocusMinny

7.1 Subscription Plan

FocusMinny Pro: $4.99 per month (auto-renewable)

7.2 Subscription Type

This subscription is auto-renewable. You will be charged based on the monthly subscription plan.

7.3 Subscription Price

$4.99 per month (monthly auto-renewal)

7.4 Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to **Settings** on your iPhone.
2. Tap on **Apple ID**.
3. Select **Subscriptions**.
4. Choose **FocusMinny Pro**.
5. Tap **Cancel Subscription** to stop future renewals.

You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid automatic renewal. Your Apple ID will be charged 24 hours before the renewal date.
